Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 ESG strategy with measurable carbon reduction targets
- Lead cross-departmental sustainability initiatives (procurement, operations, R&D)
- Design circular economy frameworks for product lifecycle management
- Drive stakeholder engagement with investors, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Implement AI-powered sustainability analytics for real-time impact tracking
- Oversee carbon offset portfolio and nature-based solution investments
- Lead sustainability reporting frameworks aligned with GRI and SASB standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability management with 2020+ climate action experience
- Master's degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability or MBA with ESG focus
- Proven expertise in carbon accounting tools (e.g., SimaPro, OneClick LCA)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSEP) or ESG designation required
- Experience scaling sustainability programs in tech/manufacturing sectors
- Advanced data literacy with sustainability dashboards and KPI modeling
- Demonstrated success in securing green financing and impact investments
