Key Objectives:
Design a robust technology roadmap aligned with 2026 business goals, oversee cloud migration strategies, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions to drive competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design for large-scale enterprise systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, and Operations.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security compliance (SOC2, GDPR), and DevOps pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of managing complex technology projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration within enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
