Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio and vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
