Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant cryptographic systems and distributed ledger protocols

Qualifications
- 8+ years in systems architecture with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, post-quantum cryptography, or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record shipping scalable AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Strong background in distributed systems (blockchain, DAGs) and consensus protocols
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Public speaker at tech conferences (Black Hat, AWS re:Invent, etc.)
