- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural strategy for emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud infrastructure and edge computing solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct market research to identify disruptive technologies that could impact our competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and the future of automation.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
