Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology integration, identifying key breakthroughs required for market leadership by 2026.
- Emerging Tech Research: Spearhead the evaluation and integration of next-gen technologies, including Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Spatial Web.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal R&D lab to prototype and validate futuristic solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Process Optimization: Overhaul legacy systems to ensure they are agile enough to support future growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, enterprise architecture, or product management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-impact innovation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, Blockchain, and IoT ecosystems.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast long-term technology impacts and business implications.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
