- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Build predictive models for market disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future authority
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 deployment
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of published future scenario analyses with measurable impact
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
