Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate next-gen solutions with engineering and product teams
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks tracking global tech advancements and regulatory shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage technology partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Define KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in market research tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
