Responsibilities

- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on joint innovation projects
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Design human-centered transition protocols for emerging tech adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with venture capital partners
- Host global symposiums on ethics and governance of future technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant STEM field
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives
- Global network with academic and industry futurist communities
- Exceptional communication for translating complex futures to stakeholders
