Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging trends in AI, Generative Models, and Quantum integration.
- Lead the architectural design for next-generation scalable systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data.
- Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic visions into tangible, high-impact product features.
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and open-source communities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage technical debt and ensure system resilience as we scale towards the 2026 launch targets.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, multi-year projects.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies early.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
