- Conduct 2026 Horizon Analysis: Lead deep-dive research into emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior trends to predict the needs of the market three years out.
- Develop Long-Term Roadmaps: Create comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with business goals, ensuring scalability and resilience for the 2026 fiscal cycle.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or partnerships that will accelerate our 2026 technology integration strategy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and C-suite executives to translate high-level foresight into actionable development milestones.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify technological risks and bottlenecks in the 2026 timeline and propose mitigation strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Nexus Horizon at industry conferences, speaking on the future of tech and the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture, with a focus on long-term trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of GenAI evolution, Blockchain scalability, and Quantum computing readiness.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic directives.
- Communication: Proven track record of presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes.
