Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to the 2026 release.
- Design scalable, secure, and robust system architectures for deep learning models.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers to prototype and validate novel algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging technologies that could impact our 2026 vision.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale AI products.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies.
