Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product evolution cycle.
- Lead the integration of next-generation Generative AI models into core infrastructure.
- Oversee experimental prototypes involving Quantum algorithms and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the "Human-in-the-Loop" protocols.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI governance and safety measures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or AI Research.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through disruptive transitions.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of future-forward technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing).
