We are looking for a visionary Senior Engineer to lead the development of our flagship "Project 2026" platform, integrating next-gen neural interfaces and autonomous decision-making algorithms.
As a key member of our elite R&D division, you will define the technical roadmap that will shape the digital landscape of the next decade. You will work with world-class researchers and designers to push the boundaries of what is possible in web-scale distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance backend services capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate advanced machine learning models into real-time production environments.
- Optimize system architecture for low-latency, high-availability operations in a global cloud ecosystem.
- Conduct code reviews and establish rigorous engineering standards to maintain code quality.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on scalable distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in building high-throughput APIs.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and WebGL for immersive interfaces.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in AI/ML integration or working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
