What You'll Do:
Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core products. Ensure data privacy, model transparency, and ethical AI practices are upheld at every stage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI infrastructure to support the company's 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead the full lifecycle of data science projects, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, validation, and productionization.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring low latency in real-time applications.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model monitoring to drive continuous improvement and business impact.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and NLP to incorporate cutting-edge advancements into our stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX) and SQL.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
