- Manage and prioritize high-volume support tickets with a focus on rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical bugs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical procedures, FAQs, and incident reports.
- Conduct training sessions and mentorship for junior support staff members.
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential service outages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or a related IT field.
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Desk).
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification is highly preferred.
