Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues during the night shift.
- Monitor server health and alert systems to proactively prevent downtime.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system for knowledge base growth.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and management when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system architecture and reliability.
- Conduct night audits and system backups to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
- Experience working in night shift environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.
