Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Respond to incoming support tickets via phone, email, and in-person requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all support tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct basic user training on software applications and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all IT security policies and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior IT experience is necessary; we are looking for candidates with a strong desire to learn.
