Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Analyze complex system errors and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Train junior staff and conduct product knowledge sessions for client-facing teams.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate critical bugs and suggest feature improvements.

- Perform regular system maintenance checks to ensure data integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
