Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance for scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
