Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in alignment with the company strategy.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks to stakeholders effectively.
- Manage project budgets and ensure resource allocation is optimized.
- Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to drive efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (5+ years preferred).
- PMP or CAPM certification is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar PM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
