Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the 2026 product vision, translating high-level business goals into executable technical milestones and timelines.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of major releases.
- Manage Risk & Dependencies: Identify potential bottlenecks and technical risks early in the development cycle, implementing mitigation strategies to keep the 2026 timeline on track.
- Drive Process Improvement: Implement and refine Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven updates on project health and progress.
- Mentorship: Guide junior program managers and engineers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation and quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale software products.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Methodology: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with a strong preference for Agile environments.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically about long-term product strategy and translate abstract concepts into concrete technical plans.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
