Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent intelligence research
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technical curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups or Fortune 500 innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced degree
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience with patent portfolio development and IP monetization
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
