Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts

- Design and implement strategic foresight methodologies including horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend synthesis
- Champion human-centered design principles to ensure ethical, scalable, and inclusive innovation outcomes

- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners including academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning with demonstrable impact on market-defining initiatives
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their industrial applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable frameworks
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous challenges to deliver transformative results
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (climate resilience, demographic shifts, resource scarcity)
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or futures studies (journal articles, patents, white papers)
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in enterprise environments ($1B+ revenue)
