Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 10-15 night shift team members for optimal workflow
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement efficient stocking procedures
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct daily safety inspections
- Manage order fulfillment processes to meet daily production targets
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse protocols
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Maintain detailed shift reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
