Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring accurate inventory tracking
- Implement OSHA safety standards and warehouse efficiency protocols
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with day-shift management
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and digital reporting tools
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM, including weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license
