Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Lead the strategic planning for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and integrating them into our architecture.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance systems that can handle massive data loads and complex user interactions.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring senior engineers and hiring top talent to strengthen the tech stack.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for C-level executives and product managers.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine Agile/DevOps methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles without compromising code quality.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct rigorous research and feasibility studies to ensure our infrastructure remains resilient against evolving cyber threats and market shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to look beyond current trends and anticipate future technological needs for business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
