Your Mission
As our Head of Innovation, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application. You will drive the technical vision that ensures our platforms remain scalable, secure, and cutting-edge as we move into the 2026 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Readiness.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot new technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into production environments.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early access to breakthrough innovations.
- Mentor engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading innovation teams or R&D departments.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalability patterns.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and predictive analytics tools.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical visions to stakeholders at all levels.
