Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's 2026 Roadmap, defining clear milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives, product leads, and engineering teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to adjust the strategic trajectory proactively.
- Manage complex budgets and resource allocation for multi-year initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures to track progress against the 2026 vision.
- Mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives and implement contingency plans.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or operations within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, long-term strategic projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at the executive level.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in forecasting future market trends and adapting organizational strategy accordingly.
