We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This is a Direct Hire position offering the security of Weekly Pay. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable web applications that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and user stories.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure system stability and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
