Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software deployments and security patches.
- Ensure all hardware inventory is up to date and properly labeled.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic network and printer issues.
- Must be available for a part-time schedule, including potential weekends or evenings.
