Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and respond to incoming help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Document technical resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and web browsers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (we support this with tuition reimbursement).
