Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance using Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Drive DevOps initiatives including infrastructure-as-code and monitoring
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Java/Python with cloud architecture
- Expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
