Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept through deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and security.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot system errors to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a major plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to the Tucson office for team meetings.
