Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate business hypotheses and support decision-making processes.
- Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
