Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and improve user experience.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical debt and implement strategies for system optimization and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Tools: Strong understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
