Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting thorough code reviews.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proven track record of working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
