Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead end-to-end feature development from concept to deployment
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to DevOps automation using CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Python, Java, or Go with cloud architecture knowledge
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless computing
- Strong background in RESTful API design and microservices patterns
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of leading technical projects
