Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and solve complex technical problems.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and speed.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, C#).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems.
