Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and product managers to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers on the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with version control systems like Git is required.
