Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable software solutions.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Spring).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
