Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve tickets in the internal ticketing system within SLA standards.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and peripherals.
- Document technical interactions, solutions, and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues effectively.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and common office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently and creatively.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
