Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across multiple platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and a modern backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
