Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain client networks and server environments.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve system reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
