Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs optimized for high availability.
- Lead the design and deployment of nightly builds and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues that arise during night operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define technical requirements.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and performance optimization during off-hours maintenance windows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go and experience with modern frameworks (Spring, React, or Node.js).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or GCP.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and system architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
