Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage hardware/software systems across 100+ endpoints
- Resolve Tier 2/3 technical issues including network connectivity and cybersecurity threats
- Implement cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure) for enterprise clients
- Document IT procedures and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Train staff on new technologies and security protocols
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize service level agreements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
