Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, technical debt assessments, and performance optimization to ensure high code quality.
- Debug complex issues and provide innovative, long-term solutions to technical challenges.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code walkthroughs to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in professional software development with a strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within budget.
