Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical mentorship to junior developers within the team.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into elegant code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and low latency.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
