Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Architect scalable microservices and ensure system reliability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
