Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and perform debugging and troubleshooting.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% system availability.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or computer science.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to work in Chicago, IL or Virginia.
